Cleaning Costs

A weekly cleaning fee is to be paid at 'Reception' upon arrival. We would like to advise our guests that bed-linen and towels can be hired for a fee per person for the first week and EU12 for all additional weeks. All utility usage such as water and electricity are included in the rental tariff.

Additional Facilities

We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office ‘Happy Holiday Homes’ in Menaggio: Cot Hire, High Chair, Push Chair, Camp Bed & Internet Access. If you would like any other facilities please enquire.

Making a Booking

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
